We are so glad that you’ve booked a stay at Rec Base! 

We are sure that you will have a wonderful time!

We have a few notes to make your stay more enjoyable:

1. Please check out this page for your Welcome Pack including Welcome Book, Routes and Maps, as well as local tips on Things To Do.
2. Please read all of the House Rules from our link below and then let us know you have read them.
3. Please note that check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 1:00 p.m. These times aren’t negotiable during our busy months (Jan-Feb and Jun-Sept).
4. Please ensure that you have registered the correct number of guests so enough bedding will be available to you.
5. We are on well water which can sometimes have a bit of a sulfur smell.  We will bring out about 10L of fresh drinking water from Calgary for your stay; you can decide if you would like to bring additional water. The well water is safe and good to drink.
6. Feel free to bring DVDs to watch on our TV and downloaded music, available to play on our Bluetooth speakers.  We also have a variety of basic board and card games available for you to play.
7. We don’t have wifi but the cell service isn’t too bad.
   

We will send you the info on how to get in the morning of your stay but if you need any other information, don’t hesitate to ask us anything.

PS: Please note that due to this property being a remote location, if you would like to add on one of our small cabins or the shop, you will need to make arrangements one week ahead of time so that we can properly set it up for you and arrange for you to have the correct keys. We won't be able to accommodate last minute add-ons. Thank you.
